A big win for the 49er's I still think the Purdy contract was a huge mistake. This game only cemets that thinking.

This poor guy can't catch a break! I watch sport shows every day & they're merciless on Purdy! He can't do enuf; sorta like Hurts on Philly! They're 4-0, but the so called experts are excoriating the Offense & Hurts in particular! Strange, while Lamar Jackson gets every benefit of the doubt at 1-3 & out w/ injury!

They are certainly inflated I'll agree with that.

Contracts are so out of hand, we've all forgotten about Cleveland's, Deshaun Watson & his $230M contract while being accused of sexual harrassment! All those accusors & he wasn't exactly run out of the game! He was fined $5M & suspended for 11 games several yrs. ago! He had the money not to care! It's a reason I don't watch as much sports; too much money & egos so out of control they think they can get away w/ rape & assault!

Have you watched Philly play? While they are 4-0 and that's the point of playing. They haven't played well at all.

KC's had the same issue the last 2 yrs.! They plodded along, took 1 SB over Philly, then lost 1 to them!

I think the Eagles' issues are more internal. They had poor OC and DC coaching choices two years ago when they self-destructed the last several games of the season. The team was good. And guarantees to go deep in the playoffs are not automatic. A new OC coach hired internally is adjusting.

Oh they have one of if not the best roster in the NFL.
