Obama went into Libya preaching that he was there ONLY to create a no fly zone to protect a group of people Gaddafi was targeting for extermination within Libya. The next thing you know, bombs are flying all around Libya, targeting where Gaddafi headquarters were, while saying they had no aim at regime change.

The operation took well over the 60 day limit in the War Powers act that demanded that the President get Congressional approval or withdraw. Obama simply said, "It's not really a war", so he did not have to comly

Well, it may not have been war for Obama as he was perfectly safe the whole time, but it ended up overthrowing Gaddafi, which was really the whole point.

Obama, and goons like him, have already set the precedent, a precedent the Left had zero problems with.

Now let us compare the two, Trump bringing the dictator to international trial with no war, or Obama bombing the hell out of Libya for months with God only knows how many people dying in the process, with no court of law bringing him to justice but just offing him Charlie Kirk style?
