I ended up 172-84 for the regular season. That's probably better than most of the guys that get paid to make predictions. :P

Kansas City vs Tennessee - The Titans aren't great, and the Chiefs have gotten back to their winning ways lately. 27-20 Chiefs.
Los Angeles Rams vs Atlanta - The Falcons just barely got in, while the Rams have been playing great football. 34-24 Rams.
Jacksonville vs Buffalo - Jacksonville has not look great heading into the playoffs, but the Bills only made it because of luck. I'm expecting a low scoring game, 10-6 Jags.
New Orleans vs Carolina - Both teams backed into the playoffs. I give the Saints the home edge. 21-17 Saints.

Good picks. I agree with each one.

The 49ers did a number on the Rams in the final game but the Rams were resting a lot of people, so I can't really argue with any of your picks.

Thanks Dog - bookmarked for consideration on my bets - 172-84 AGAINST the spread?
If so, AMAZING! :)

who gives a shit? you sports zombies dont get it that these playoffs are the exact same thing as presidential elections are.same as them where the outcome is determined long in advance before it happens ESPECIALLY the superbowl. same as with the elections, its the exact same thing, all a dog and pony show that you fall for time after time.

WHY bother to watch any of them when you know they already have it set in stone for the cheats to win another one? again, all a dog and pony show same as presidential elections.

playoffs are harder to predict, not simple as pie as the superbowl is. till they get to the superbowl, its really hard to figure out what new team from the NFC they have in mind to face the cheats to be their new patsy.AFC is simple as pie though to predict when it involves the cheats of course.

I'll take the Chefs over the Titans. Chefs have been pretty good in December.
Rams over the Failcons. Rams playing pretty hot. Ignore the last game as the Rams were playing scrubs.
Jags over Bills. Jags not playing great, but Bills only in because Ravens choked.
Panthers over Saints. Very hard to beat a team 3 times in a row.

my football related posts are pretty much to ***** about how the game is corrupt now because of the cheats and how the owners have ruined the game and are hurting the game with attendance at games in these cities with all these asinine relocations niners to santa clara, chargers to LA and the planned but equally disasterous one that will be raiders to vegas.

on a side note since i am here,if there is ONE thread that you are ever going to remember making, make it be THIS thread.Because i have seen posters here that are clueless who think the Rams did not have good attendance when they were in LA. could not be any further from the truth,as you can see below. what do you see in these pics below here? I see packed stadiums and as you can tell from looking at it is IS in the LA coliseum.

oh and take a look at this video, after the touchdown the camera shoots the entire stadium.I see a packed house and not one empty seat in this video what do you see?:D

see people around here make the mistake that because the RAIDERS had horrible attendance numbers in LA that the Rams did as well.could not be any further from the truth as I just proved. The Ram games in LA the majority of their fifty years there their games ALWAYS were packed like this and they they were always in the top five in league attendance the majority of their time. Rams games were ALWAYS packed in the LA coliseum just as you see in these pics i posted.

The Raiders? not the case, even when they were great, nobody in LA cared for them cause the year they won the superbowl out there the next season for their home opener they had a small half empty stadium crowd of just over 44,000. :haha:

Rams on the other hand that same year? a sellout standing room only crowd of just over 77,000.:)

COULD NOT HAVE SAID IT BETTER MYSELF,THIS POSTER NAILED IT BELOW.:happy-1:The second paragraph is is,first is mine.lol

Here is another great post that talks about how the raiders bombed in LA.lol I mentioned how the Raiders after they won the superbowl out there in LA hw the next season for their home opener they had a half empoty stadium of just 44,000.LOL guess what the RAMS attendance was for THEIR home opener that year? a sold out standing room crowd of over 77,000. Pretty impressive the fact it was a baseball stadium.lol

This is a foolish strategy, bordering on the insane — as can be told by anyone who remembers the poor, inconsistent SoCal attendance that plagued the Raiders from 1982-1994. Those spotty box office numbers at the L.A. Coliseum, coupled with fan misbehavior that scared away the corporate dollar, explain why Al Davis tried moving the Raiders back to Oakland as early as 1990, before officially doing so five years later.

Put simply, if Los Angeles fans didn’t adequately support the Raiders in their own back yard, why does Davis think they’ll travel nearly 300 miles to support them now in Vegas?

It makes no sense.

could not support them in their own backyard in LA indeed. yet that moron mark davis somehow thinks theRaider fans in LA will go to VEGAS and support them? Davis is on weed.:lmao::haha:

By the time the Rams were moved to St. Louis, their attendance was poor. It was true of most LA sports franchises at the time.

Pro Sports Face Soured Market Los Angeles: Unfulfilled Promised Land

"Most weren't close: The Rams and NBA's Clippers were one-third below their respective league marks, and the Angels ,, were off 25 percent. A short-term blip? Rams attendance was off 30 percent from 1990 to 1995. Angels attendance has been in decline since 1989. And even the Dodgers are well below their historic highs."

The Rams attendance hasn't been great this year, but with the team now on the ascendant, maybe it will improve.

yeah but ever since i got awake to the corruption of the NFL two years ago after pete the cheat took a payoff to make sure they won that game i have not missed in calling who would be the winner of the two teams. Last year there was never a doubt in my mind the falcon players would lay down and let the cheats come back and win on purpose just as they were instructed to. year before? it was a no brainer they rigged the game for the donkeys to win, they wanted manning to ride off into the sunset with another ring.

this year same thing, they are going to make sure the cheats get to the superbowl again and make sure they win it again as well and make sure the team from the NFC lays down and gives it to them.

btw,i hope you enjoyed my previous post i posted just before this post of yours how i proved it was ONLY THE RAIDERS in the LA coliseum that could not pack then in there in LA?

I enjoyed the pictures Rams Fan. During one year in college I lived a few rooms down the hall from future Rams 6 time pro-bowl center, Doug Smith. Although it would be more fair to say he lived more in the football team's weight room. Recall one snowy winter night we packed 12 people in a Dodge Dart to go "traying" down the town's one hill, a man made one at that. Smith, another lineman and 1 or 2 others were packed in the open trunk.

Another ex-Ram I most remember is WR Tommy McDonald. Only player I ever saw that played without a facemask. He played on a number of teams but I always recall him most as a Ram.

Meh - not buying .. you suggest that the game outcomes are all predetermined??? If that were the case we'd have retired players speaking out and there would be evidence to that effect. Sure - there've been cheaters caught (see NE Patriots ;-) but it ain't pro wrasslin.

Okay this is kind of a long post but bear with me here on this..Here is the story on that.again that i have stated OVER A 1OO times here the past 4 years.

I have never denied that from 1990 to 1994 that their attendance average was below the league average.

In fact many times back on my EXPECT THE RAMS TO BE BACK IN LA thread a few years ago I addressed that issue quite a few times and explained it. like over a 100 times or so.

Those years were the ONLY times where the Rams attendance in LA was bad for a long period of time and it was bad NOT because they were losing, but because as i stated too many times to remember on that Rams thread it was BECAUSE the fans hated the OWNER of the team, that evil ***** whore Georgia Frontiere.

she was one clever evil whore.she did the EXACT same thing Kroneke did in st louis.Kroneke bought the Rams with never the intention of staying there in st louis.Jeff Fisher admitted that after the Rams left for LA.

Kroneke hired Jeff Fisher because he KNEW Fisher had gotten senial at the end in his last few years with Tennesee I am guessing.I dont know that for sure of course but I DO know the obvious that he was NEVER serious about trying to win in st louis and knew Jeff Fisher was about the dumbest coach in the NFL you could possibly have hired.:D

any person with logic and common sense will tell you the same thing, that Kroneke never had any intention of trying to win in st louis.:D

The guy hired Brian Shittenheimer as his offensive coordinater for god sakes.that speaks VOLUMNS what an idiot he was.:lmao: Shittenheimer was the worst offensive coordinater in NFL history, the guy cant even get a job in the NFL anymore, what does that tell you? LOL

Kroneke knew the fans in st louis was giving horrible support to the Rams the last several years with one losing season after another before he bought them so he knew Fisher ran an outdated dinasour offense that was easy as pie to predict and probably knew he had gone senial at the end with Tennessee.Thats why they fired him.

Kroneke hired him since he knew he would not turn that franchise around knowing his best coaching days were behind him because he took a page out of LA RAMS former owner Georgia Frontier.Purposely tanked the team in st louis so the fans would continue to stop showing up so he could claim bad fan support so he could move then back to LA same as Frontiere did with the Rams in LA.

The Ram fans in LA hated Georgia Frontiere because she gutted the team intentionally on purpose by trading away arguably the best running back to ever play the game Eric Dickerson and pro bowler Kevin Greene, future hall of famer Toby Harrah and ALL of their other best talented players they had. Many Ram greats

she did that with the sole intention of running the team into the ground so they would have a bunch of scrubs playing as starters who did not belong in pro football. the fans BEGGED her to sell the team to an owner who would build a new stadium for them and the evil witch of course refused to do so because again she wanted to move her team back to her hometown in st louis where she used to be a showgirl.

The fans hated the OWNER of the team, not the players or the team or the poor play on the field, they hated her obviously because of tanking the team like she did. she tanked the team on purpose so she could claim she had bad fan support so she could move them to st louis and presto, she got her wish in the end.

what is funny is that the shoe is on the other foot for the st louis fans because as i said,Kroenke did the same thing to the st louis fans that Georgia Frontiere did to the LA fans. Oh my karma is a ***** for all those st louis fans right now.:lmao:

Prior to the early 90's though before that evil slut Frontiere tanked the team,if you do your research, you will find that the majority of the time the Rams were in LA,they were always in the top five in league attendance.:) there is a REASON they survived for 49 years in LA you know and WHY the Raiders did NOT survive for more than a decade there after all :D Unlike the Raiders, with the exception of the early 90's years.the Rams did not have half empty stadiums all the time.:lmao:

as i said before, the raiders even when they were great out there, always had half packed stadiums, dont take my word for it,do your own research, you will see for yourself.:D

Those moron Raider fans in LA think they own the LA market over the Rams. oh really? is that WHY in a LA TIMES poll taken a few years ago with football fans when they asked what team they wanted back the most the Rams came in first with 60% of the votes and the Raiders came in second with just 35% of the votes?:lmao: is that WHY Dan Dierdorf stated a few years ago that in all his time as an NFL announcer on monday night football games from 1983 to 1991 that in Raider games he did they were ALWAYS on the ROADroad because they drew so poorly in LA where the Rams had MANY games in the 70's broadcast on monday night football games in the same LA coliseum because they DID draw well? comedy gold.:lmao:

Yes it is true that the Rams attendance has not been great this year but who can blame them? I mean I could not believe it that Kroenke actually brought Fisher along for the ride to LA.I figured now that they were back in LA where they belong,he would get serious about winning and would never in his right mind bring Fisher along for the ride.

as much as I love the Rams being back in LA,if "I" was a resident in LA I would have been so pissed off about Kroneke bringing Fisher along for the ride there is no way in hell I would have renewed my season tickets for this year after buying season tickets last year IF i was an LA resident. so can you SERIOUSLY blame the fans for not showing up most this season? I dont in the least obviously.

I now understand why he brought him along though.Remember Kroneke hired Fisher because he wanted a coach who had been through the relocation process before.he just brought him along to help the players get adjusted to the move having been through it before when the Oilers left Houston for Tennessee. You remember that he was the coach for them back then right?:D so I can now understand the reason WHY Kroneke brought him along. I would not be surprised in the least that last year BEFORE they made the move,he was already eying mcvey as his future head coach.:clap::banana:

True HOWEVER if do your own delicate research, you will find indeed that the Rams with the exception of the time in the early 90's you mentioned, that the majority of their 49 years they were there prior to departing in 1994,they were always in the top five in league attendance.People mistakenly think that because their attendance was so poor in the early 90's that it was always that way.:lmao: could not be any further from the truth. the majority of their time in LA,their stadium was always packed like that in those pictures i posted in the LA coliseum and in the 1980's when they were in Anaheim.

Like i said, the REASON the attendance was so bad in the early 90's and below league average was because the fans RIGHTLY SO,hated the OWNER of the team for purposely trading away Eric Dickerson, pro bowler Kevin Greene and many other Ram greats so they would be horrible for so many years to get the fans to stop showing so she claim to the NFL she had bad fan support to move here team to st louis her howmtown.she is now burning in hell along al davis and jim irsey of the colts for doing so.:banana:

some day when I am in LA,I am going to ask around where her graveyard is so i can go piss on it as many LA residents do all the time everyday there.

LA fans dont put HER on a pedastal like the idiot Oakland fans do with Al Davis.

yes it is true that most the season the Rams have not drawn well in LA and that is because they still had the bad taste left in their mouth from Jeff Fisher being there

.Now that they see Mcvey is not a moron like Fisher and one of the better coachs in the NFL and Goff is one of the best Quarterbacks in the NFL it appears, they are starting to get their fanbase back now. Ever since the Houston game about a month in a half ago,the crowds have gotten much larger each time.:)

If you watch this sundays game against the falcons you will see what i am talking about that the last two games of their season a few weeks ago against the Eagles and last sunday against the 49ers,they packed them in.the stadium was filled.:)

This kiss my who has proven MANY times in the past he is a disinformation troll same as WRONNGwinger,to no surprise he posted this disinformation on a Rams thread saying this is what the crowds looked like at the Eagles game.He conveinetly knew though and intentionally knew that this pic was taken TWO HOURS "BEFORE" the game started.as i said,he is a long time disinformation troll same as wrongwinger.:D

However if you look at this video taken by an eagles fan at the game,it debunks the lies of Kissmy troll and proves it was packed to the max.

AND if you look at this link here, you can see from all these photos, the stadium was packed as well.

did you look through all the pics in this link? well you then saw what I saw, that all pics showed the stadium was packed to the max.:)

AND for the people who are too lazy to click on that link, here is this pic i was able to get. All the pics in that link i post show the same thing this pic does, the stadium packed to the max.:D

and here is a pic taken when the game was in the second half and almost over with obviously the fact it is nighttime.LOL as you can clearly see for yourself,in the BACKGROUND,behind all these cheeleaders in the foreground, the pic shows a packed stadium to the max same as this pic.:D

kissmy troll has admitted he lives in that dump hicktown in stank louis, any wonder WHY he is so butthurt that he lost his Rams to LA nad has to resort to lies to make himself feel good about losing the Rams?:lmao:

oh and FINALLY even my 2 cents helped prove my case for me the Rams packed them in to the max last sunday in LA against the 49ers with his post on this thread. thanks for the assist two cents.:)

The Chargers are nobodys team in the NO FAN LOYALTY LEAGUE.

OMG no, just win/loss picking. :D

playoffs are harder to predict, not simple as pie as the superbowl is. till they get to the superbowl, its really hard to figure out what new team from the NFC they have in mind to face the cheats to be their new patsy.AFC is simple as pie though to predict when it involves the cheats of course.

The Pats don't go to the SB every year, even if it does feel that way sometimes.

yeah but ever since i got awake to the corruption of the NFL two years ago after pete the cheat took a payoff to make sure they won that game i have not missed in calling who would be the winner of the two teams.

A couple of pictures doesn't prove that the Rams were packing stadiums in the years before they left LA. According to the article I posted, the Rams attendance was 1/3 below the league average, and went down 30% from 1990-1995, when they moved to St. Louis.

I have little doubt that Frontiere played a part in attendance going down for the early 90s Rams. However, I doubt that was the sole factor. Also, other teams with owners that the fans don't like have not dropped in attendance so much: take the Redskins as an example. I've heard quite a few Skins fans lament over Snyders poor ownership, but while attendance is down from a decade ago, the team still averages close to 80k. Washington Redskins average attendance 2008-2016 | Statistic

Whatever the cause of the Rams poor attendance in the early 90s, don't forget that the Raiders also had poor attendance numbers in the same time frame, and that team also moved at about the same time as the Rams went to St. Louis.

LA has a very up and down history with the NFL.
