Yeah,.Philadelphia isn't a very warm city from what I've seen, this doesn't take away from the play though. Not as bad as some claim but it was different lol

Nah, more likely that at the last second, he just decided that his receiver was too covered and tried to reign the ball in and keep it, but it got away from him as his arm was already swinging fast at that point.
