Okay what the heck!? I was a HUGE SpongeBob fan as a child and I don't ever remember G-strings and SpongeBob and Patrick having butt sex or a rapper/sex icon. (That I never heard of until now.) Stephen Hillenburg is rolling in his grave at how provocative this is.
