Materials and methods: We analyzed data from a prospective, observational study of the citywide COVID-19 prevention with ivermectin program, which was conducted between July 2020 and December 2020 in Itajaí, Brazil.
It's something but this is not serious double blind study and certainly does not settle anything about ivermectin efficacy, especially considering Delta and Omicron didn't show up untill 2021.
Also, even if we assume perfect methodology, the study does not show particulartly good efficacy with 44 hospitalizations for ivermectin users vs 99 for non-users.
This means at best case we are looking at ~50% efficacy compared to 90% for Pfizer's oral antiviral drug coming online now, which showed efficacy against all Covid-19 types.

My neighbor started taking it just a few days ago and almost immediately started feeling better. My doctor used ivermectin with great success until our Democrats who used to run the state ordered her to stop. Not one of her patients required hospitalization.
