Shows no assets. Not even a checking account. Nothing. Zero assets. No investments, no properties, nothing.

Seems pretty unlikely, don't you think? A congressman, even a back bencher, with no assets at all? Used to be a lawyer, won some pretty big settlements too, where is it all?

“Over the course of seven years, Johnson has never reported a checking or savings account in his name, nor in the name of his wife or any of his children, disclosures show. In fact, he doesn’t appear to have money stashed in any investments, with his latest filing—covering 2022—showing no assets whatsoever.”

Awww, did he disappoint you by making you rant about him not giving you anything financial to rant about?

How likely is it that a 7 year congressman doesn't have a bank account, a home, a retirement fund, a college fund for his kids, even a savings account?

Think, then post. You look like less of an idiot that way.
Right, you're mad because you were assigned to find something to rant about in his finances and couldn't, so you decided to rant that you couldn't find anything to rant about in his finances. Hat's off to him if he's found a way to hide what he has from you who are desperate to destroy him. What's next, a fishing trip in his refrigerator to see if he has anything in there past its expiration date?

Not all Congressmen are "inside traders" like Pelosi.

Maybe our Speaker just gives his paychecks to his Old Lady to take care of their home?

A lot of old school dames did that.

They showed up at the payroll office on pay day, so that their husband couldn't drink up his salary before the rent was paid.

They'll obediently support it.

So he doesn't have four 10,000 sq. ft. homes in swanky neighborhoods and a couple offshore trust accounts?
It’s the utter lack that’s suspicious. Does he live with mom? Does he live off his wife? Lack of evidence can be damning, because who would believe it? If a Dem was this sketchy, you’d be all over it.

Why is it "suspicious" when a Congressman is honest and not taking graft?

Has the Biden Regime made bribery and payoffs so normative that libs can't believe that a politicians could be honest?

I wonder if Johnson gave him the cold shoulder when crep made a pass at him?
This is SOP for the democrats and something I predicted. They had memes and smears ready to go that just needed names to be filled in before being posted. It simply didn't matter WHO the Republicans elected Speaker, the democrats would treat that person the same way. They could have elected Mother Theresa and the next day we would have seen hysterical posts about her association with the Catholic Church and her lack of obscene wealth.

Absence of evidence isn't evidence itself.

I see nothing sketchy about a man who lives a modest lifestyle.

That would be the correct motorcycle. actually, their true anger is due to not having anything to rant about, so they rant about that.

I bet this does piss the leftist dems off no end. :laughing0301:

The gray man is invisible. They are undetectable, unremarkable, and flies by a hysteric crowd like a stealth aircraft. The gray man can bug out safely to a secure location without raising any flags or bug in without the Joneses suspecting him. ;)

It’s suspicious that he has no assets. Most at his level would. Does it prove honesty or is he hiding something? You’d be asking the same questions, if the situation were reversed.
