Joe Rogan had a very interesting discussion today with former Texas Governor Rick Perry and it’s about a plant-based drug called ibogaine. It comes from the root bark of the iboga shrub, native to Central Africa.
It is available in a host of countries including Mexico and Canada, but not here. Rick Perry wants to change that and hopes that the Trump administration will do that.
Ibogaine is used to treat neurological disorders such as PTSD, traumatic brain injury, opioid addiction and other neurological conditions and the results are said to be “nothing short of miraculous”.
