This underlines what bullshit racial analysis is. There are no clear guidelines, what they do have is inconsistent and ambiguous quite often and none of it is based on actual science.

While there are structures throughout the body that allow one to identify the race of a corpose even without the skin color being known, that those characteristics are chosen to define that race are arbitrary other than whiter ethnicities come from more polar regions and darker ethnicities come from more tropical regions. Take those people from those regions and give them three generations in the opposite environment and they start to resemble the rest of the population there.
