New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

They didn't have to take him out at all if he had cooperated.
If he wants to take a walk with ICE Agents in the snow wearing his underwear, well let him do it.
Or they could have done their interrogation and investigation inside his warm house.

There was no reason to take him outside his house, if his ID was inside his house.

Did you think our founders who wrote the Bill of Rights and enshrined the legality of protesting against our government in our very first amendment, did so....because protesting was to affect nothing, and make things go smoother for our govt to continue with what masses of citizens disagree with....?

Protesting is meant to make disliked govt actions harder to continue, not easier....and to get notice from our representatives to make changes to what is detestable to us....that's what I was taught in school.....

We have the right to protest, but we don't have to the right to impose that freedom on others through obstruction or force because they have rights too, so stop pretending.

No, it doesn't mean what you are expressing, and the government cannot write a law that forbids your freedom of speech, and you have a right to protest the government and address your grievances. That doesn't mean you can do whatever you want and pretend you have the right to do it, so stop pretending.

However, I would not doubt that you were taught differently in school, and I don't think you are pretending about that.

Most prisons and law enforcement offices have phones and done.
ICE searches IAFIS
They find out who last arrested the perp
ICE calls the arresting office (it's in the database)
They confirm what they did with the perp.

Or once they know which state arrested the perp, they search that states prisoner database.
I had a friend who had been assaulted, and the perp sent to jail. We searched the database for when he was getting out in order to get a restraining order.

Just means he wanted the perp walk since he refused to identify himself.
He did NOT REFUSE to give them ID, he begged to be able to get his ID and show he was a citizen to them, and one agent said to him..."we don't care..."

Or they could have done their interrogation and investigation inside his warm house.

There was no reason to take him outside his house, if his ID was inside his house.

Or he could have gave them his ID, but he didn't and like it or not they are not required to entertain nonsense.
If folks want to do things the hard way, they can expect what they get.

Seriously people, I am going to take a moment and express, things can go a lot smoother if you aren't a dick, but if you manage to slam your dick in a door being a dick, it's not the other person's fault.

Based on recent reports, ChongLy "Scott" Thao, a U.S. citizen from Minnesota, alleged that ICE agents broke into his home without a warrant, detained him at gunpoint, and forced him outside in his underwear and sandals in subfreezing temperatures.

Key Details of the Incident:

Incident Details: The incident occurred in Minnesota in January 2026, with reports indicating sub-zero, "22 below" wind chill temperatures.

Claims of Abuse: Thao stated that agents did not show a warrant, broke down his door, and led him outside with only a blanket, leaving him shaking.

Response: ICE reportedly released Thao after confirming his citizenship and that he had no criminal record, but the family says no apology was offered.

"We don't care": Reports indicate that during the encounter, agents dismissed concerns, with reports citing the phrase "We don't care about that for the moment".

DHS Position: The Department of Homeland Security described the action as a "targeted operation" for convicted sex offenders and claimed Thao matched a description, according to reports.

Eventually the people will tire of the state's masked thugs murdering them. If an anonymous murderer sent by the state comes after you, there's only one option left.
Maybe don't try to stop them when they're out there arresting rapists and pedophiles the local government let out of jail and back into society and you may not get dead. While carrying a gun.
Insurrection Act is getting invoked, I bet.
Have you ever read Article IV, Section 4 of The Constitution, boy?

Try to stop them...by recording them?

Got a link?
A/I Gemini

Yes, that is correct. The man is Chongly "Scott" Thao, a 56-year-old Hmong-American and naturalized U.S. citizen from St. Paul, Minnesota.

The incident occurred in January 2026. According to Thao and his family:

  • Refusal of ID: While being detained at gunpoint inside his home, Thao asked his daughter-in-law to get his identification, but ICE agents told him they "didn't want to see it."
  • The Arrest: He was forced outside into subfreezing temperatures wearing only his underwear, sandals, and a blanket.

Local/State government don't release any criminal if ICE serves them with a warrant.
Even sanctuary city NYC hold prisoners with ICE warrants.

So you're just blowing lies.

Violently resisting cops while armed and they know it is a sure recipe for getting dead, retard.
In my state?
3 cops would have mag-dumped him until they ran out of ammo.
What's uh..17 X3 X3? That's how many bullet holes he would have in him here.
153. FL law does not play, do not **** with them.

And informing ICE you have an undocumented Illegal Foreign National in custody that they don't even know exists, would probably make a warrant a little easier to come by.

Local/State governments don't know someone's immigration status.
And they have no laws to enforce immigration violations.

They just call in everybody they arrest , and fingerprint to the feds.
