New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Even the one's sitting in prison?

After all, if they're criminals, that's the first place i'd look.
Yep. They haven't registered or most likely brought any type of paperwork saying who they actually are. Juan Gonzalez could tell authorities his name is Anthony Quinn and is late to his next movie set.

One of those two sex offenders they were after was already sitting in prison. And ICE was too stupid to even check. You can do an online internet search to see who is currently locked up in prison.

And he looked nothing like the guy that was sitting in prison. Unless you believe all Chinese look alike.
He could have saved himself the perp walk by producing an ID

Cease with the personal attacks please. I'll start handing out 5 day bans to those who continue.

Kindly,

I know there is. I ******* looked it up when you posted that, and I accessed it.
You still have to know the person is in prison and which prison they are in.

Yes, you can search if someone is currently incarcerated using online public databases, which are often available 24/7. Use state-specific sites like the New York State DOCCS Incarcerated Lookup for state prisons or the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) locator for federal inmates. You will need the person's full name

Protest and the first amendment right to protest, is not to make things go smoother for the gvt...it's to have your objections be noticed and your disagreement with your govt's actions heard by your govt and neighbors, loud and clear... and as non physically painful as possible...via shouting and blocking and noise through gadgets etc....you're protesting, not appeasing to make things go smoother, quite the opposite.

The First Amendment right to protest does not grant anyone the freedom to impose their rights on others through obstruction or force, so stop pretending it does.

The First Amendment right to protest does not mean you can endanger the wellbeing of others, because they have rights too, so stop pretending it does.

The First Amendment right to protest in no way requires anyone to be an absolute idiot in attempts to accomplish nothing more than utter political bullshit, while endangering the wellbeing of themselves and others, so stop pretending it does.

One ************ can make a call to ICE in less time than that.
Stop making stupid excuses.
Yes, states routinely provide information to the FBI when they take someone into custody, typically through the submission of arrest fingerprints and criminal history updates to the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS). This ensures that state-level,, arrests are documented in federal databases for nationwide law enforcement access.

Or ICE could search AFIS.

I already looked up the database and accessed it, so I don't need you to tell me anything about it.

State and Local law enforcement can share their information and make things go easier.
Anyone who processed the person could have contacted ICE, and they didn't because they had been instructed not to cooperate with ICE.

Stop making stupid excuses.

They committed a crime when they entered my country ILLEGALLY.
Less than half of them did that.
Recalculate.

More People Overstay Their Visas Than Cross the Border Illegally

the number of people who become undocumented each year by overstaying their visa now greatly exceeds the number who entered with no visa at all.

They are all still here Illegally should it be a border violation or a Visa violation.

They took him out in his underwear.
Which means he didn't have time to even look for his pants.

They didn't have to take him out at all if he had cooperated.
If he wants to take a walk with ICE Agents in the snow wearing his underwear, well let him do it.

ICE has IAFIS access.
One search and DONE.

Did you think our founders who wrote the Bill of Rights and enshrined the legality of protesting against our government in our very first amendment, did so....because protesting was to affect nothing, and make things go smoother for our govt to continue with what masses of citizens disagree with....?

Protesting is meant to make disliked govt actions harder to continue, not easier....and to get notice from our representatives to make changes to what is detestable to us....that's what I was taught in school.....
