New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Yep. That is actually the one that somebody posted on here, but not from the Bullwark channel.
One minute directing traffic and film from a distance away. Next minute ICE is spraying him with a chemical agent, in the eyes, before taking him down to the ground. He never had a gun in his hand. But, they found he had one (legal carrier) not drawn, as there wasn't one in his hand, or on the pavement after they shot him 10 times, point-blank. It looks like the discovered his legally carried firearm in the holster and opened fire. Obviously, ICE was wrong. Wrong to approach him for filming. Wrong to escalate with the chemical spray. He was wrong for going armed to a protest and not staying out of reach. In carry training, you are warned to avoid confrontations. And if carrying, you should not have your weapons hand tied up with a cameral, losing situational awareness. Nothing he did was illegal, but it lead to his death at the hands of poorly trained, poorly disciplined ICE goon squad. They should not be on the streets and should be investigated for sloppy, ill-conceived manner, they carried out their duties, leading the death of the American citizen, never arrested and with no criminal record, ICE Nurse.
So, you're claiming they just shot him for no reason? He was impeding BP. Why would he want to stop or even video BP arresting an illegal alien criminal in the first place? Oh yeah, he had been part of the on going riots. Another misled fool lost his life because Walz, Frey and Ellison are choosing to defy legal immigration enforcement.

Hey gun humpers, the Veterans Administration ICU nurse killed by ICE THUGS had a legally valid open carry permit. ICE killed because, under Minnesota he had the right carry sidearm in public.,,

Under some circumstances, yes.

In all circumstance if you aren't behind the wheel of a car and they can't state a legit reason for asking for it.

Even then, if not behind the wheel of a car, I don't even have to have one on me.

So what did you learn?

Cops can’t detain you without reasonable suspicion. If they don’t have reasonable suspicion, you can tell them to **** off.
Yeah but you have to prove they didn't have reasonable suspicion. That is something you'll have to prove in court or a lawsuit, not when being detained.

Here is the young man who was shot this morning.

An ICU nurse, an American citizen who worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Another life sacrificed to trump's insanity.

There are no Trump victims here.

If any elected official is responsible, it’s Walz. He’s encouraging his constituents to go out there and confront, obstruct and assault armed federal agents.

He is inciting violence. That’s a crime. He should be charged.

Yeah, and that’s such a low bar and it’s so easy to lie, that it’s basically impossible to prove.

That is to say, courts have whittled our 4th amendment rights into being meaningless.

And the protestor was fighting with ICE agents

Which was a fatal mistake on his part

That is covered by the Constitution. State laws do not over ride the Constitution.

I am just telling you that the laws can be different per states (even linked them for you) and the Tenth Amendment is in the US Constitution.

And likewise, I really was just saving you the trouble of not being correct in the case of Minnesota, and really don't give a **** what your opinion may be.

15th post
He never brandished the gun.

******* psychos.
<~~~~~~~~~~>
Were you there?
Seems there isn't clear video as to when he pulled the pistol during the scuffle.
The sole and indicating fact that Alex Pretti brought a loaded 9mm pistol along with two loaded high capacity magazines indicates he was there to do harm to ICE agents...
