New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Tampon Timmy is just sickened by this shooting.....eyes-rolling

No....what's really going on is Tampon Timmy is instigating these events to keep himself out of prison.

Minnesota Democratic Gov. Tim Walz said on Saturday that federal agents were involved in a shooting in Minneapolis.

"I just spoke with the White House after another horrific shooting by federal agents this morning. Minnesota has had it. This is sickening," Walz said. "The president must end this operation. Pull the thousands of violent, untrained officers out of Minnesota. Now."

The Department of Homeland Security said the man shot was armed.

DHS said the man, 51, has died. He was later identified by his parents as Alex Pretti, an intensive care unit nurse, the AP reported.

"The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted. More details on the armed struggle are forthcoming," the agency wrote. " Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene."

ICE is achieving their political goals through violence.

While the protestors have come up with a plan that doesn't achieve much more than endangering the wellbeing of themselves and others with no end game or worthwhile objective.

Hope they survive their utter foolishness and unthwarted ignorance.

There you go, sweetheart. See, learning is fun!
So what did you learn?

Cops can’t detain you without reasonable suspicion. If they don’t have reasonable suspicion, you can tell them to **** off.

Jose Huerta Chuma, an illegal alien criminal.
The Second Amendment does not cover Illegal alien criminals with the right to own, carry or possess firearms legally.

O stand corrected on the shooting. The perpetrators name is 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti an American citizen, who brought a loaded 9mm semi-automatic pistol along with two spare magazines to the Minneapolis protesting Ice conducting a targeted operation early Saturday morning to apprehend Jose Huerta Chuma, described by officials as an "illegal alien" from Ecuador with a criminal history that includes domestic assault, disorderly conduct, and driving without a valid license.
One Homeland Security agent even lost a finger in the violence, according to DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, who posted photos of a sobbing demonstrator — and the bloody, severed digit.
Cities and states that claim 'sanctuary' status are anything other than what it really is.....Illegal. The idea that states can arbitrarily decide to ignore federally mandated immigration laws is a direct violation of the Supremacy clause. Minneapolis has no case.
They're terrorists...; Terrorism is generally defined as the deliberate use of violence or the threat of violence against civilians to instill fear and achieve political, ideological, or religious objectives. This core idea appears across major legal, academic, and governmental definitions, even though no single universal definition exists.
Had Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas ordered by Biden not allowed 20 million illegal immigrants into the country then NONE of this would be happening! Don't blame the fix, blame those who caused the problem...........
Mayorkas should be arrested, and convicted of crimes against America. and National Security

LIES. The person who was shot was armed with plenty of ammo.
A legally armed American citizen who was not doing anything related to his firearm when attacked, beaten, then shot.

They took the gun from his hip and then shot him as he lay on the ground.

Here's a clue.

It's not a good idea to interfere with a federal enforcement operation.

If you don't like the law, change it. But getting in an agent's face is just stupid.

Filming is not interfering. It's a legal right.
