New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Is anyone really denying that?? The question is whether it deserved summary execution.
Tony Thomas doesn't seem to think so.

Did you see, after the initial shots, when the ICE agents backed away and pumped more rounds into the victim's limp body. WTF was that?
Truthfully, I have no watched the video. I am not keen on watching death.

If that happened......it's not going to go over well at all.

CCW permits come with responsibilities that are taught in any class for a CCW. The big one that Pretti ignored that made his carry ILLEGAL was that you are required to carry the permit AND your ID when strapped. It has been reported that Pretti had neither.
Who reported that? Got a link? Did a border agent ask him for ID or did they KILL him before even asking?

It is a $25 fine, not a criminal act, if you fail to have your permit or govt ID on you.

The question is if this was a summary execution. If it turned out to be that....or something close......then heads will roll.
After the Ashlii Babbitt summary executioner was cleared, I don't see how this agent can be charged--the protestor WAS armed, was in violation of his CCW permit (reported he did not have the permit or ID on his person) and he was obstructing officers in the performance of their duties. FAFO.

Who reported that?
A reasonable question?

A truly stupid question......you are back to your normal form.

Pretty sure NO ONE will say he was killed for not having a permit on him.

Dumb***.

Apparently he DID have his permit, but he had no photo ID--a requirement for CCW. He was obstructing law enforcement while armed. FAFO, not sorry.
BTW, that link took about 10 seconds to find and much longer to answer your ignorant trolling.
Alex Pretti was a legal gun owner and had a permit to carry a concealed weapon (CCW) at the time he was shot. However, reports indicate that he did not have identification on him when the incident occurred.

I am not on any side of the coin when it comes to who is technically right.

I am on the side that says.....regardless of legalities, taking a gun into a highly charged situation is risky and stupid.
Oh, I agree with that to a degree. But it's how it is done that matters.

I don't wonder at all.

You can't reasonably make a comment like this because you still don't get what I am arguing.

You don't listen or comprehend very well.
Oh, I get what you're arguing. But it is asinine. You're going for a victory at any cost. At best it would be Pyrrhic. You're so bent on being right, you're not taking into account the whole of the situation. It's like back in the day I was giving evidence in a court case and the defence lawyer said to me "Constable, other than my client having $9000 in cash on him and some poker chips, what was he doing wrong." Well considering we had just executed a warrant to raid an illegal gambling den, I think there was a lot of evidence to support his arrest, mate. You're doing the same thing. You think under any circumstance it is dumb to be armed in front of police in a volatile situation. I could post literally hundreds of images of people armed outside capital hill on Jan 6th.

There's a big difference between this guy:

and this guy.

Yet one ended up dead. The other is a hero to the right. Not only did the right slam those that arrested Rittenhouse, no less than two congressmen offered him internships after his acquittal.

Yeah....I have not looked. But if they were armed when they entered the capital, they were as foolish as this guy....even worse.

As for Kyle......you keep your hard-on. I don't want to know about it.

The guy holding his headless torso has two different kinds of caps, they're separated at the midline. :p

Not to mention that shadows are kind of a ***** and even AI ***** up hands quite often.

And that's not a crime, it's a $25 fine and it is certainly no reason to be executed and shot 10 times, in the back.
