The federal g'ment is limited by constitutional law regarding what it is or is not allowed to do in the states as states are sovereign. In my opinion the fed g'ment in America is in dire need of being "put in it's place". It will take TRUE Representatives of & for the people which unfortunately are in short supply regarding the RepubliCratic Duopoly Party(RCDP), to effect any positive change. Positive change will depend both on the American constituency being well informed regarding their federal Constitution(their constitutional obligation), plus their preference to be owned subjects or free individuals. Time will tell.
