My mind really didn't need soothing....because all I had to do was go outside and take a walk in the mountains and my mind was soothed plenty.

Something that always refreshed me was sitting next to a mountain stream in Montana and I had no problems.

When I was three we only had 3 channels.....and the only thing we watched was black and white shows like Rocky And Bullwinkle and Bonanza. Saturday Night was pancakes and The Honeymooners.
