I don't know about 'most'...but surely a lot of the guilty pleas, charges, convictions included trespassing.
As I understand it....much of those prosecutorial decisions were propelled because so very few...a mere handful....were apprehended on site. The police were just too overwhelmed to wrestle some of these Dicks & Karens to the floor and cuff 'em. So the vast majority of miscreants walked off the Capitol campus.

However, let's not minimize the 'tresspassing' charge. I'd be confident in suggesting that virtually all of those arrested for trespassing are regretting their decision to beak into the Capitol building ..... only to be captured on any number cameras.
