Currently (11/7), every state still has outstanding ballots to count -- and the outstanding ballot count will produce millions of additional votes: For example, California is only at 60% (~10M votes) and in 2020 it produced ~17M votes. Other states include Washington, Oregon, Arizona, New York, etc. I would guess at least 10M+ outstanding votes

Right now, the vote count is ~141M and in 2020 it was ~155.5M
