An election-year investigation by Senate Republicans into corruption allegations against Joseph R. Biden Jr. and his son, Hunter, involving Ukraine found no evidence of improper influence or wrongdoing by the former vice president, closing out an inquiry its leaders had hoped would tarnish the Democratic presidential nominee.

The investigation found that Hunter Biden had “cashed in” on his father’s name to close lucrative business deals around the world. It also concluded that his work for Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company then mired in a corruption scandal, while the former vice president was directing American policy toward Kyiv had given the appearance of a conflict of interest and alarmed some State Department officials.

But an 87-page report summing up the findings, released jointly on Wednesday by the Senate Homeland Security and Finance Committees, contained no evidence that the elder Mr. Biden improperly manipulated American policy toward Ukraine or China or committed any other misdeed. In fact, investigators heard witness testimony that rebutted those charges.
Trump fully cooperated with Mueller because there was nothing to hide.
You're FOS, as usual.

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s report contains 10 instances where President Donald Trump potentially committed obstruction of justice. Now that the report has been released, we know what they are.

Trump’s decision to fire FBI Director James Comey, his attempts to get former Attorney General Jeff Sessions involved in the investigation, and Trump’s call to then-White House counsel Don McGahn to direct him to get Mueller removed.

Mr. Trump's first national security adviser, Michael Flynn, who left the administration just weeks into Mr. Trump's presidency after he misled FBI agents and top administration officials — including Vice President Mike Pence — about his conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Flynn had said he had not discussed sanctions on Russia with Kislyak, a lie that Pence and others then repeated.

Mr. Trump's repeated attempts to have Sessions "reverse his recusal." Mr. Trump asked Sessions to do this in the summer of 2017. The following December, Mr. Trump told Sessions he would be a "hero" if he took control of the investigation.

1) Cool, that was done by Congressional Republicans...not law enforcement, and it was limited to Ukraine....this is about CHINA
2) yep...Mueller looked into POTENTIAL obstruction, and found nothing to indict him on, turned it over to the Dems in the House, and they found nothing to impeach him on. NOTHING

Moreover, Trump NEVER took any executive priv during that investigation by Mueller....fully cooperated.

President Donald Trump borrowed from President Richard Nixon’s failed Watergate playbook on Wednesday by invoking a sweeping claim of executive privilege, seeking to withhold from Congress the unredacted report of special counsel Robert Mueller and its underlying evidence.

Trump’s legally flimsy privilege claim was asserted as a justification for Barr’s noncompliance with the House Judiciary Committee’s subpoena for the report and evidence. But history suggests that it won’t work.

First, if challenged in court, Trump’s belated invocation of executive privilege after several of his key aides had already testified in Mueller’s probe is doomed to failure because aspects of their testimony are already public in the redacted Mueller report.

that was against Congress...not with Mueller.

Are you really that stupid you don't know the difference?

Trump really loves you.
Dump as a box of rocks.

Trump still obstructed Mueller, you fucking moron.
Says the guy that doesn't know the difference between Mueller and Congress

Mueller never found that he did. Congress reviewing Mueller's report never found that he did. You are just parroting lies and propaganda that don't match reality....you are a useful idiot of the cult.

Merrick Garland should have appointed a special counsel long ago. But Garland is a clown.

“My son has not made money in terms of…China,” Joe Biden said.
This was obvious nonsense, given Hunter’s deals with the Chinese, as we’ve reported in the past.
But now, NBC is reporting just how much money Joe Biden was lying about.
NBC said it wasn’t clear what he was being paid for. The only deal that they could track — a potential gas deal on Monkey Island in Louisiana — didn’t go through because it didn’t make any sense, they note. So exactly why was Hunter getting this boatload of money? NBC did report that he was spending upwards of $200,000 a month with reckless spending and cash withdrawals.
We previously reported two years ago, that not only did Ye have ties to the Chinese Communist Party and the military, he had business dealings with “Kremlin-controlled companies and Kremlin-aligned businessmen,” and served as “China’s unofficial bridge to Russia on energy.”
...

Come again?

No, you’re just a dumbfuck liar. Senile Mule-er was asked if he was obstructed. He said NO. Under oath. And could find ZERO actual crimes. Only shit that would have gotten him laughed out of court if he ever tried to bring it. But keep crying...

what? what does JFK Jr have to do with anything?

Hundreds of QAnon supporters have gathered in Dallas expecting the return of John F. Kennedy Jr., who they believe would then help reinstate former President Trump, The Dallas Morning News reported.

The first wave of supporters gathered in downtown Dallas on Monday night as another wave of supporters gathered the next day near Dealey Plaza, where former President Kennedy was assassinated in 1963.

According to Newsweek, a post from a wildly popular QAnon account said that after Trump is reinstated as president, he will step down so Kennedy Jr. can become president.

Trump has claimed he doesn't "know much about the movement, other than I understand they like me very much, which I appreciate," while repeatedly declining opportunities to condemn the organization's extremism.

As for Majorie Taylor Greene, Trump has called her a "future Republican star."

“Our investigation found multiple acts by the President that were capable of exerting undue influence over law enforcement investigations, including the Russian-interference and obstruction investigations,” Mueller wrote.

“The incidents were often carried out through one-on-one meetings in which the President sought to use his official power outside of usual channels.
These actions ranged from efforts to remove the Special Counsel and to reverse the effect of the Attorney General’s recusal; to the attempted use of official power to limit the scope of the investigation; to direct and indirect contacts with witnesses with the potential to influence their testimony.”

A provable lie since Mueller never posted any legal charges against Trump on it.
You're FOS, too.
Mueller, however, refrained from recommending prosecution, saying that there were “difficult [legal] issues that would need to be resolved,” in order to reach a conclusion that the crime of obstruction of justice was committed by Trump.

Factoring into his decision not to weigh in on prosecution, Mueller wrote, was an opinion issued by the Office of Legal Counsel finding that “the indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would impermissibly undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions” in violation of “the constitutional separation of powers.”

“Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President’s conduct,” Mueller wrote.

Mueller emphasized, however, that his analysis of the evidence did not clear the president of obstruction. Said Mueller: “f we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment.”

yeah, i am like trump, i don’t knows much about this group…and weird stuff, JFK Jr is dead…obviously the group does not like Trump all that much if they want him to step down for a dead guy

Garland is a lot worse than a clown. He is the head AG of America and is a total partisan hack doing the bidding of the Democratic Party, just like Eric Holder did. In case anyone needs clarification THAT IS A PROBLEM.
Garland is like a relic from 1941 N Germany

Greene has repeated and promoted QAnon theories and phrases, praising the mythical Q as a "patriot" in a video from 2017 and describing the conspiracy theory as "something worth listening to and paying attention to." She added, "He is someone that very much loves his country, and he's on the same page as us, and he is very pro-Trump."

Trump congratulated Greene on Twitter Wednesday morning, saying she is "strong on everything and never gives up - a real WINNER!"
