Biden would have no right to mandate vaccines for NBA players. College players might be a different story because most colleges receive government funding.

Such protocols include having lockers far from vaccinated teammates and having to eat, fly and ride buses in different sections. These protocols are not final and are still subject to talks with the NBPA.​

I wouldn't insist on these protocols ASSUMING unvaxed players are tested before every practice, every flight and every game.
