Yep.....if National Concealed Carry Reciprocity gets passed into law, as it should since we are talking about a Right, not a privilege, then the anti gun democrats in California would lose the power to deny the Right to bear arms to California residents.......their poll taxes and literacy tests on the Right would be over....
