Actually it's not. The Special Counsel's office is supposed to reach a conclusion based on evidence and recommend Indictments.

The Report made no such recommendation.

The Starr Report recommended 13 Indictments for Clinton, and this is why he was impeached.

The Report made Zero Recommendations citing lack of evidence on recommended indictments for the DOJ to pursue on President Trump.

President Trump cannot be impeached because there are no recommendations for indictment coming from The Special Counsel's Report, and therefore you cannot even write articles of impeachment let alone find a 2/3rds majority to vote to begin impeachment proceedings in The Senate on nothing.

You tried to show a picture of them but that failed when it turned out the pic was from Washington D.C. and the people in the photo were protesting I believe those who were a part of the Unite the Right Two rally. Did He or did he not denounce the Nazis and white supremacists in the sentence before that? Yes or no? The answer is yes. The fine people were those who were there peacefully in his mind.
