Even now, neighborhoods in Portland are incredibly peaceful and great places to live.

When I enlisted in the US Navy I swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, against all enemies foreign and domestic, not some idiot 2 bit reality show actor who has zero support for our troops.

When Trump was asked about supporting the Constitution, he said he didn't remember and it should be left to lawyers to figure it out.

If president Bone Spurst (now known as Cankles) doesnt care about his oath to uphold and support the Constitution, then why in the hell should our military (which has sworn the oath to support and defend the same document, not the person who holds the office of president) especially when he and his idiot Secretary of War calls them at great taxpayer expense to get them in one room for bullshit?

There is the whole law, one flippin sentence. I mean where do you see exceptions explained? Under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution? What circumstances? There is no authorization, no claim to exemption, in any part of the Constitution. Has Congress authorized any of these actions? Why not?

Hell, it is comical really. Under normal circumstances, call up the National Guard, under state authority, Posse Comitatus doesn't even apply. But the president has to be asked, by the governor, in order to activate the guard under state authority. But federalize them, like he is doing in Illinois and headed for Chicago, against the governor's wishes, and suddenly, Posse Comitatus applies to federalized guard troops. That is what is stopping things in Portland.
