My issue with both sides

As an Independent, I try to move past the name calling, personal attacks and childish behavior I see both sides sling at each other and dig a little deeper into the pros and cons of each side. I won't bore you with the pros, so let's look at my biggest complaint with each side.

Democrats: Get off this sanctuary cities bandwagon. This lame attempt to override federal immigration laws is only dividing our nation and is just, plain illegal. The correct way to deal with this is to go through the legislative and/or judicial steps to change the law. - You don't ignore the law.

Republicans: Stop attacking our electoral system: Donald Trump's own hand-picked judges as well as others on the Federal bench found no evidence of election fraud. The same system that declared Biden the winner in 2020, also declared Trump the winner in 2024. - So, stop attacking.

Those are the facts Jack - Just the facts.

I feel you are an independent because you are uninformed. You arent describing a sanctuary city. Sanctuary cities protect law abiding immigrants not criminals. The Republicans have many uninitiated convinced of so much stupid shit its uncountable. They have uninformed people convinced any policy that help the middle or working class is socialism. They have uninformed people convinced cities are hiding rapists from deportation. They have uninformed people convinced that tolerating gay people is grooming.

Do yourself a favor and look into things more deeply.

The fact is the 2020 election lawsuits were all kept out of court before the discovery phase by judges using excuses such as: latches, lack of standing, filing too late, and filing too soon. The Trump side never got to examine the evidence as part of the pre trial process. In Fulton co., Georgia, a judge ordered the county to release the evidence to plantiffs and they never did until the FBI seized them as part of a CRIMINAL investigation. I would not just assume that the 2020 election was free of Democrat corruption.

The sanctuary cities are and will continue

Simply put, there is too much money in them. I used to think that democrats simply wanted a bigger voting base as the sole reason for trying to let in as many illegals as would come, but after the Minnesota corruption with Somalian daycares came to light, I now understand that it also involved billion and billions of fraud using taxpayer money is at stake.

That is why Omar went from a negative $50,000 bank account to having millions and millions of dollars in the bank.

More than likely, everyone that can blow the whistle and stop this train of corruption are on the take as they line their pockets as well, which includes law enforcement and the judicial system

I can assure you, it will continue and the blatant and open corruption that has already been exposed will not result in anyone brought to justice, at least no one of importance.

The system is hopelessly corrupt and will eventually implode on the massive debt they have created.

In addition, corporate America loves the cheap labor.
