My concern about term limits is that it would decapitate the House and Senate of all of its most experienced members of Congress. That would give more power to the Executive Branch, and the last thing we need to do is to tilt the balance of power even further toward the Office of the President.

Our founding fathers never intended for the House to be full time. And they put the states in power in the Senate.
