The simple fact is that more than 40% of the dead victims in Gaza are women and children. Even 5-10% civilian casualties (which includes injuries and not just deaths) is an unacceptably high number.

And launching rockets from school yards is what is producing said casualties. It would also cutdown on the number of children killed if the Pals would quit arming 12-15 year olds and sending them out to play with Israeli soldiers.
