It effected government workers like the TSA....which are unionized. Civil service employees have to make $15/HR today. Civil service employees can join a union.

So are you saying that those who are working in the Honda and Toyota plants (without union) are unskilled, but those who work in plants with unions are. They are all just as unskilled as those working at Wallmart.
