Musk’s drug use is well know.
This is not a new story in that respect.
Musk was on a really big ego trip during the campaign and during his DOGE antics.

These dudes are taking uppers, you have to take something to keep up with the crazy coming from Trump, who is definitely on some amphetamine type of stimulant. It was obvious during his last term, he would be manic at his rallies, and then, at other times, barely coherent mumbling into a microphone. You can't use constantly.
And I remember the sniffling at multiple times while speaking, he didn't have a cold.
