Mueller already has collusion & obstruction of justice--he's going after this Trump russian mob now.

So to-date we have 5 Federal Grand Jury indictments and 2 guilty plea's--(plea deals whom are now working with Mueller.) And yet still on this board we have the "Lil Baghdad Bob's" all over the place saying "nothing is happening."

What Trump and his surrogates never realised is that they were being watched and electronically monitored by several different FOREIGN intelligence agencies since 2015. Which is why Muellers investigation is moving at the speed of light in comparison to Watergate which took 2 years 7 months before Nixon was forced to resign.

"GCHQ--
first became aware in late 2015 of suspicious “interactions” between figures connected to Trump and known or suspected Russian agents, a source close to UK intelligence said. This intelligence was passed to the US as part of a routine exchange of information, they added.

Over the next six months, until summer 2016, a number of western agencies shared further information on contacts between Trump’s inner circle and Russians, sources said.

The European countries that passed on electronic intelligence – known as sigint – included Germany, Estonia and Poland. Australia, a member of the “Five Eyes” spying alliance that also includes the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand, also relayed material, one source said."
British spies were first to spot Trump team's links with Russia

Which is why Shep Smith knew in Feb. 2017 that Trump surrogates were on the phone with Russian intelligence agents, the day they hacked into DNC databases.

Which is why Trump jr. couldn't even pull off a secret Russian meeting in the Trump tower of June 2016.

Trump under investigation for Obstruction of Justice, over firing James Comey decided to nail it home when he went on an NBC interview with Lestor Holt and admitted he fired Comey over the Russian investigation. Republican senators, last week stated they had also been pressured by Trump to drop the investigation.

Mueller isn't satisfied with just collusion & obstruction of justice he is going after the Russian Trump mob and this video will explain it.

I don't think Trump is going to be in office for very much longer, which is probably why Republicans are trying to rush this tax bill through congress.

These Trumpanzees have gotten used to getting their news from Trump's Twitter feed and the The Trump Channel a.k.a. Fox Noise. They think because Mueller keeps his own counsel and doesn't give daily updates, nothing's going on. They are so fucking wrong....LOL!

so, basically, you are saying whoever says anything is an idiot

Really the only place that is reporting on the daily news DETAILS coming out of these investigation is Rachel Maddow on MSNBC which is why she is the top rated cable news network show.

Mueller, the FBI, and Hillary are on FIRE right now!

Mueller's history of prosecutorial misconduct arises...he is forced to fire his top aide for extreme Pro-Hillary Anti-Trump bias..

This FBI agent / Mueller aide is fired - in the midst of having an affair - for exposed extreme Pro-Hillary Anti-Trump bias...is then exposed as having changed the language in the final Hillary report that exposed her crime of 'Gross Negligence', preventing her being indicted for the crime...and NOW has been exposed as having been part of the Flynn interview team that resulted in Flynn being charged ... which Mueller needed to try to apply pressure against Trump

Evidence revealed Mueller hid Russian crimes and helped them acquire Uranium One

Evidence shows Coney hid evidence of Russian interference and attempted hacking beginning in 2014...expised Lynch's ovstruction, leaked classified, and exonerated Hillary before the investigation was over

Hillary cash 'donations' to both Coney-s wife and tge wufe if the Deputy Director of the FBI LOOKS like the DBC was not the only thing Hillary bought!

HOLY SHIT - FORGET 'WITCH HUNT'! The FBI, Mueller, and his criminal hit team are is seriously deep shit! The list of potential crimes and the possibility Mueller, Comey, and this FBI agent all get perp walked before this is over are increasing exponentially!

Mueller has nothing on Trump.

"You cannot charge a president with obstruction of justice for exercising his constitutional power to fire Comey and to tell the Justice Department who to investigate and who not to investigate."

Dershowitz: Obstruction Charges on Trump Would Bring 'Constitutional Crisis'

Tell that to Richard Nixon--- President's have to abide by all laws of any ordinary citizen in this country--articles of impeachment are in the constitution--and are enforceable.

Nixon had his own history of firing people.

The Saturday Night Massacre refers to U.S. President Richard Nixon's orders to fire independent special prosecutorArchibald Cox, which led to the resignations of Attorney General Elliot Richardson and Deputy Attorney General William Ruckelshaus on October 20, 1973, during the Watergate scandal.[1][2

Trump fired the FBI director--who was lead investigator into the Russian investigation, James Comey. There is no difference. It's still obstruction of justice or interferring into the Justice process.

Trump was furious with Jeff Sessions over having to recuse himself from the Russian investigation. He was hoping that Jeff Sessions would crush this investigation. So Rod Roseinstein had to take over the Justice end of the Russian investigation, and when Trump fired Comey--is when Roseinstein appointed Robert Mueller as a special prosecutor.

Sessions had to recuse himself because he lied under oath to congress during his confirmation hearing--and he has lied two more times and may be facing Obstruction of Justice himself or Perjury charges.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions may be facing perjury charges.

There is no escaping justice in this country including for the POTUS.

More conspiracy's.

Trump just admitted to obstruction of Justice in a tweet. His lawyer then stated that Trump didn't tweet it from his tweety account, he did---

"A little more than 24 hours after Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, President Trump finally took to Twitter to offer his thoughts. He may wish he hadn't.

In his first tweet on the subject since Flynn's plea, Trump argued that Flynn had no reason to lie about his actions because they weren't unlawful. But it's the first part of the tweet that caught plenty of people's attention.

December 2, 2017 --- Trump's tweet
I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI. He has pled guilty to those lies. It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful. There was nothing to hide!

“I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI,” Trump began.

Except when Trump fired Flynn on Feb. 13, he mentioned only Flynn's comments to Vice President Pence -- not the FBI. In fact, Flynn's contradictory comments to the FBI on his meeting with the Russian ambassador weren't public knowledge at the time. And the current timeline as we understand it does not suggest the White House had direct knowledge of what Flynn told the FBI at the time.

Flynn's comments to the FBI didn't come into the public domain until three days after his dismissal, on Feb. 16, when The Washington Post's Sari Horwitz and Adam Entous reported that Flynn had wrongly denied discussing sanctions with the Russian ambassador:

Former national security adviser Michael Flynn denied to FBI agents in an interview last month that he had discussed U.S. sanctions against Russia with that country’s ambassador to the United States before President Trump took office, contradicting the contents of intercepted communications collected by intelligence agencies, current and former U.S. officials said.

The Jan. 24 interview potentially puts Flynn in legal jeopardy. Lying to the FBI is a felony offense. But several officials said it is unclear whether prosecutors would attempt to bring a case, in part because Flynn may parse the definition of the word “sanctions.”

Some see a problematic admission in Trump's tweet on Saturday -- possibly even something that could be construed as an admission to obstruction of justice. Here's why:

The day after Trump fired Flynn, on Feb. 14, Trump urged then-FBI Director James B. Comey to be lenient with Flynn, according to Comey's notes at the time, saying, "I hope you can let this go.” If Trump knew at that time that Flynn had lied to the FBI and was under investigation, the argument goes, it may constitute an attempt to obstruct that investigation.

Walter Shaub, the former head of the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, suggested the tweet could prove a major misstep for the president and even that it might have cost any other president his job.
Analysis | Did Trump’s tweet about Michael Flynn’s guilty plea just admit something it shouldn’t have?

So Trump's attorney realised that Trump admitted to Obstruction of Justice via his tweet, so he came out and stated that he wrote the Tweet on Trump's tweety account---

Update: The Post is now reporting that the tweet was authored by Trump's personal lawyer, John Dowd, according to two people familiar with the situation. The fact that Dowd authored the tweet could limit its salience to the investigation, but the White House still hasn't publicly corrected anything.

Trump is tweeting himself to death--

But it really doesn't get better than admitting to obstruction of justice on National T.V

This country is much more important to me than an R or D behind someones name. And it is to a lot of Republicans, like Doug Elmets a long time friend and former staffer of RONALD REAGAN.

Which is why I am now an independent. No party owns me.

In all honesty, this should be moved to the Rubber Room forum based on the insane Opening Post. Unless oreo posts that ridiculous vid of homosexual Shep Smith again to confirm he is just having fun trolling. :p

Trump had the authority to fire the FBI Director, the man who...

- Like his mentor, hid Russian crimes, attempted hacking, and interference

- Leaked Classified

- 'Exonerated' Hillary before the investigation was complete

- Allowed the final report language to be modified, eliminating the term 'gross negligence', which is a declaration that Hillary broke the law, to protect her from indictment

His and his Deputy Director's wife received cash from Hillary, and both men went on to pay prominent roles in protecting Hillary from her proven crimes

Trump had the authority to fire his criminal ass and did so legally with just cause

Richard Nixon fired the lead investigator and it didn't work out well for him. Right now Trump's attorney's have throwin in the towel and are stating that a President cannot be charged with Obstruction of Justice--because he is the lead law enforcement officer in this country.- This is really a defacto admission of guilt on their part.

You were so filled with certainty when you posted this. How do you feel about this now that it has been proven to be not grounded in fact?

How do you feel about the folks told you that it was all true, and that you respected and trusted?

THEY WERE WARNED, BUT FORGED AHEAD TO DESTROY THEIR REPUTATIONS, AND THE DEMOCRATS’ POSITION: Key witness told Team Mueller that Russia collusion evidence found in Ukraine was fabricated.

mueller.jpg

The two key pieces of documentary evidence used by the media and FBI to drive the now-debunked Russia collusion narrative — the Steele dossier and the black ledger — were disinformation. Someone fabricated the document in Ukraine in an effort to restart investigative efforts to meddle in the U.S. presidential election.
