It appears to me that Trump's grip is so strong that even a stalwart like Greene feels it is better to resign than risk getting primaried by someone Trump endorses.

And they say it's not a cult.
Trump’s grip on the diseased leftist mind is clearly strong.

Yes, what other president did more for the country?
All of them!

Are you so stone cold insane you think Trump has done more than Lincoln, Washington, and Jefferson?!?

And you think you aren't in a cult! :spinner:

Yes, what other president did more for the country?

Well, a lot of them did. Geezus, Trump spent more than all other GOP president combined. He's destroyed about 30% of the USD value. And has spent more than all other GOP presidents combined. He hasn't ended 1 war. He assaulted our 2A twice.
Even News Max had him at the 3rd worst president.

If he had not been hounded by the lawfare, he might have done much more the first term.

That's what happens when you promise things like zeroing out the national debt, and then don't even try. His first spending bill was $1.4 trillion.

His legal battles with the democrats, and their stupid witch hunts, have nothing to do with his wins or losses. Except it might be why he caved to Pelosi so often. He gave her every dime she wanted. Only vetoing one spending bill in his first 4 years.
And has yet to veto one this time.

Yes, let's. Because Trump's populist leaning or "left" leaning as you prefer is what allowed him to win and prevent the crises from getting even worse.

Complain about Trump's lack of ideological purity all you want, but we are far better off than we would be if he had not won.

We'd be a lot better off if you RINO's would stop voting for RINO's and start supporting fiscal conservatives. But those kind are Trump loyalist, so you beat them over the head with lies and retarded excuses.

DeSantis is on a 7 year winning streak. He would've made a much better president than Trump. FFS, the ONLY winning Trump did in his first term was the election. After that, all his winning stopped.

And this time ain't much different. With the exception of the border, he's the same old dem lite as he was his first term.

And his age is only going to make him even more like Biden as the months go by.

DeSantis should've been our president. But oh nooo, the Trump tribe had to get their revenge on the democrats. That was more important than the country and it's future.

All of them!

Are you so stone cold insane you think Trump has done more than Lincoln, Washington, and Jefferson?!?

And you think you aren't in a cult! :spinner:

I don't get this level of loyalty in these people. Trump spits in their faces with these huge spending bills, funding/supplying all these countries, funding universities, the Dept. of Ed. (that he pretends he wants to abolish)...... And all these other things that Republicans just aren't supposed to do..... And they call it winning.

It appears to me that Trump's grip is so strong that even a stalwart like Greene feels it is better to resign than risk getting primaried by someone Trump endorses.

And they say it's not a cult.

You know....... I didn't mind another type of republican taking down the NEOCONs. There were bad. But this kind of Republican...I think they're worse. They're not even republicans anymore. And they damn sure aren't conservatives.

Dem-lites is the only word I can think of that's close to what they are. But then there's the Trump loyalist. Geezus, this level of loyalty, to someone who leans so far left. It's just weird.

It's like they don't even realize how Republicans are supposed to be.

I would agree with you to a point.

However, those who want to put the kind of candidate you describe into office.....need to realize they won't get there in a year or two. MAGA can't be separated because that is what cost the establishment.

I believe many MAGA's have been pushed to an "us against them" mentality by a combination of the left, the establishment GOP (may the entire Lincoln Project leadership rot in hell), and the media.

It will calm down as time goes on.

A prime example in my book is in Arizona. Kari Lake ran for governmor in 2022. She would have won if she had just kept her mouth shut about the 2020 election which she swears was stolen. I am not saying it wasn't. But she didn't need to broadcast it. It GAINED no support from a base that was firmly in place (with a Trump endorsement in hand). But she lost a lot of people. She was good on AZ issues and lot of other stuff. But the other side branded her with that and she stuck with it. AND SHE NARROWLY LOST.

So, in the 2024 senate race, we do something stupid. Now, mind you that the GOP has lost three elections to senate in the past due to nominating sad candidates (Martha McSally twice, and Blake Masters)....so who do we nominate? You got it. Kari Lake. 2024 was a rocking time for the GOP (Trump smashes Harris, we gain more seats in both state houses, we prevail in our expected house races and a lot of local seats go to the GOP). And Lake loses by so much that people cry foul....another stolen election. The most improbable answer for Lakes poor performance you could come up with. She got waxed because a lot of people who voted for Trump didn't vote for her. She came across as almost fanatic and lost here grip of the issues. Oh, and she secretly taped the head the AZ GOP and forced him out which got her booed off the stage at a large state GOP function......

Now, we have Mark Lamb, the sherriff of Pinal County (next to Maricopa) who is good with the constitution and also very informed on illegal immigration (dealing with it and the associated drug issues on a daily basis) who tepidly ran for the senate seat against Lake. He entered too late, had little money, and not a lot of name recognition. For all that he didn't do too bad in the primary but still lost to Lake.

Now Lamb has thrown his hat into the ring for CD5 representative because Andy Bigg is running for governor. Lamb is in early, has money and is more well known. He also isn't a traditional (hate the other side, conspiracy theory touting) loser like our last four senate attempts. Lamb is the odds-on favorite and is going to be just the kind of principled candidate who doesn't ****talk and lie his a$$ off in the name of something I can't even explain.

We only need about 200 more like him in the house....and about 60 in the senate and the democrats will cease to be less relevant than they already are.

Of course.

Classic sockmaster trick to have the alter ego either speak hightoned or hulk out fearing that the puppetmaster's writing style will be recognized. This is one of the dumber socks, so probably the puppet of one of the dumber posters. I'd bet on whoever runs "im2."

Trump's Obamacare fix: Send consumers money, not insurance companies

How is that going to lower insurance costs? Either way the Government is footing the bill for health care.

So god damn stupid !

He thanked her greatly for the time in office and her good work? When she was good. Not lighting up his phone too much (all day everyday).//
Greene was not lighting up his phone every day. Do you take everything everyone says at face value?

Has this been posted?

“I’m going back to the people I love, to live life to the fullest as I always have, and look forward to a new path ahead. I will be resigning from office with my last day being January 5, 2026,” she said.

Following the news of MTG’s announcement, several Capitol Hill reporters noted that she timed her announcement JUST IN TIME for her to receive her federal pension.

Was it really just all about the money?

This is what you hang your hat on? 🤣

Yep. Sending people money really fixes things. /sarcasm

It was big spending Trump who started the inflation with the "stimulus" checks. He's a big New York liberal spending who loves to pass out money. Other people's money.

Is this serious? You are not familiar with pedophilia?
I know what it means

But the left is misusing the term

Which is why I expect you to dodge answering the question as you have just done

It won't.

But I can by Lobster and Ribeyes. Maybe take a Carribean Cruise.

You are unable to spell "pedophilia" accurately, yet you expect another person to provide its definition? Are you able to define the term Woman?
