MSM soft treatment of Obama-show of support or soft bigotry of low expectations?

When one looks at the favorite treatment that Papa Obama gets in the MSM, it seems that the MSM is just supporting him because they, as well, are mostly liberal.

But in retrospect, when ones considers the approach that most white liberals take when it comes to minorities in the US, affirmative action; lowered expectations etc.

The question becomes, is the liberal press just showing "true" support for Papa Obama's failed policies or are they showing the liberal's soft bigotry of low expectations that they have for minorities in general? Of course, by keeping the bar low, it will be easier for Papa Obama to "pass the test"

LOL Congress is solely controlled by the Democrats and HAS BEEN for over 2 years. Obama PROMISED if we just did not read the stimulus bill and passed it unemployment would not go over 8 percent. And he claims we can just spend our way out of the Recession. And you boobs have no problem with it.

Good case in point is how they had no interest in the John Edwards shenanigans during the primaries leading up to the '08 election. The National Enquirer kept trying to tell everyone a scandal was brewing but the MSM virtually ignored them.

This is some really dumb whining. The msm was clearly up Bush's ass helping his admin sell the 9/11, Afghanistan, and WMD bullshit. The media is pro government.

I don't believe it is the "bigotry of lowered expectations." He did get hit with a really hard problem at the start of his term. And his solutions were exactly on target as far as they are concerned.

So they really aren't giving him a pass policy wise,

But a lot of other things they are. Like the way he uses things like the air force jets at his disposal (take his wife for a date to NY? Fancy Japanese steaks? Kowtowing to various royalty? inappropriate gifts to world leaders (Like a DVD about himself to the English PM, the DVD being the wrong region code for the UK.)) He gets a pass for a lot of stupid.

Since, for the MSM, he does all the right things and things continue to break down, it is not the fault of his policy, but things must have therefore been worse during Bush's tenure.
