It isn't hard to understand. There are $10s of trillions at stake here. The manufacturing of EVs is the main consumption of the "rare Earths," the reason why China has the US "by the balls" on the "rare Earths." There would be no need for that if CO2 FRAUD got unmasked. The CO2 FRAUD has a huge motive to increase whatever weather events it can. Cloud seeding with drones is going to be tough to detect and stop, but it surely is worthy of DoD taking each event as a "theater" with a potentially new type of "enemy" in small cloud seeding drones. The data suggests CO2 FRAUD is seeding clouds and has caused a lot of damage and carnage by doing so.


For hurricanes, to artificially strengthen the cane, you would just add heat to the water right below it. A nuke sub with microwave emitters could do that.

CO2 FRAUD knows it is a FRAUD, has always KNOWN it was a FRAUD.

IT has hundreds of billions $$ from the taxpayer it can make "vanish" any way it wants....
