I have mixed feelings about this.

Personally, I think the Libertarian Party is a joke. They know they can't win an election, and their big goal in life is to hit 5% of the ballot so they can qualify for federal matching funds, even though there whole premise is that we have too much government.

But it is fun to watch Trump get humiliated and booed when he doesn't have an audience full of his zombie supporters.

I'm still not sure why the L Libertarian Party is even still a thing.

Their purpose in life is to get enough votes nationally to qualify for matching funds (that the main parties stopped using years ago), but not enough votes where they can be blamed for tipping the election.

I've always looked at Libertarians as the sock of the Republican party. You can't by very definition of the word be Libertarian and "right leaning".
