USA probably. Most all our politicians being bribed for campaign funds. Both parties. Public financed elections part of the solution but there would would have to be an aroused public hammering our politicians to push for reform. Till then, democrat good, republican bad, or republican good etc. for those of us interested in politics but the cancer remains intact.

What kind of reform? Put elections in the hands of government officials you claim are corrupt? The Founding Fathers gave us the freedom to hire and fire Congress every two years and the president every four years and senators every six. The same people who call for "reform" also ridicule the Tea Party for trying to get candidates who are responsive to the voters. America is certainly not the most corrupt nation but it may well be raising the most ignorant generation. O'Reilly had a reporter on the beach for spring break asking college kids about politics and most of them couldn't get 1 out of 5 questions right.

You have to be utterly ignorant of the rest of the planet to seriously believe the US is "probably" the most corrupt country on Earth.

It takes a very special kind of willful idiot to believe that.

And I say that as a person who speaks often about decentralizing political power and banning tax expenditures so our political system can be properly reformed.
