Muslims getting special treatment despite the fact that most terrorist attacks are committed by young Muslim males. And then we have the trusted traveler status to anyone traveling from Saudi Arabia. Only Muslims have Obama's trust. The rest of us get spied on like we're enemies.

Requests for such investigations requires the approval of a board the Justice Department calls the Sensitive Operations Review Committee, a secret committee which no one outside the DOJ knows who serves thereupon.

And why is the DOJ disallowing any look into the activities at the very places where terror is born? Because Islamic extremist groups like the Council on Islamic-American Relations (CAIR) have demanded that the U.S. government leave Muslims alone claiming that close scrutiny of Muslims is “racist.”

Of course, Islam is not a “race,” and it makes perfect sense to look closer at the very people whose ideology is responsible for most of the world’s terrorism over the last 100 years, but, hey, it’s raaaacist, right?

As Barack Obama’s administration and his out-of-control secret services harass and surveil innocent Americans, he is allowing terrorists to plan their attacks unmolested in Mosques across the nation.

Most terrorists have been Muslims. It's a real problem and I am tired of Obama downplaying that fact and pretending that they want to be our friend. Funny we never hear a Muslim come out and say that, only their foolish defenders.

The Muslim Brotherhood, who we gave fighter jets, weapons, tanks and a billion dollars, don't consider women equals under their Sharia law. Are liberals really okay with that? Anyone who defends that is just as bad as those who practice it.

Correct. Both the OP article and the Moonie Times link refer to "an editorial in the IBD", which they don't bother to link. No documentation.

I had to go hunt down the editorial myself inside IBD (it's here) and even then there's still no documentation, no link, no reference to back it up. Nothing whatsoever, just an assertion based on nothing. Ipse dixit.

The scenario had been carefully planned: A terrorist group prepared to hurt vast numbers of people around Boston would leave backpacks filled with explosives at Faneuil Hall, the Seaport District, and in other towns, spreading waves of panic and fear. Detectives would have to catch the culprits.

Months of painstaking planning had gone into the exercise, dubbed “Operation Urban Shield,” meant to train dozens of detectives in the Greater Boston area to work together to thwart a terrorist threat. The hypothetical terrorist group was even given a name: Free America Citizens, a home-grown cadre of militiamen whose logo would be a metal skull wearing an Uncle Sam hat and a furious expression, according to a copy of the plans obtained by the Boston Globe.

But two months before the training exercise was to take place, the city was hit with a real terrorist attack executed in a frighteningly similar fashion. The chaos of the Boston Marathon bombings disrupted plans for the exercise, initially scheduled for this weekend, forcing police to postpone. Now officials must retool aspects of the training.

“The real thing happened before we were able to execute,” said a law enforcement official with direct knowledge of the planned exercise. “We’ve already been tested.”
