Actually, we are at war since NATO's long-range weapons was used to attack targets on the undisputed Russian territory. Hence, Russians self-restrictions on attacks against the targets on yet undisputed (West Europe, North America) NATO's territory were lifted, either. If NATO wants escalation - there will be an escalation. German tanks came on the Russian soil - Russian tanks will come on the German soil. Right now we both can denie those attacks, but it's not for long.

Snitwin almost never makes sense. He just babbles and makes crazy claims.
But Sabotage in and of itself is not an act of war. It can be a casus belli, but only if the nation it was done against deems it worthy of going to war over.
Now first of all, here are some things missing from what Snitwin should have said. This is the German Corvette Emden (F266), a new ship of the Braunchweig class that is still being constructed. And as such has not even been delivered to the German Navy yet. It is not under commission, and is still in the hands of the shipyard that is constructing it.
Now this was likely sabotage, but it also could have simply been an accident, mechanical failure as the ship is the first of her class and still under construction, or simply sabotage by a disgruntled shipyard worker.

NATO did not attack Russia, Ukraine did with donated weapons because Russia invaded them.
NATO countries can donate to Ukraine since Russia invaded a sovereign and independent Ukraine, which does not belong to Russia.
Trump just announced a "Golden Dome" defense system protecting the US from attack.
