Similar to V1 National - Socialists attacks on London in ww2 … also terror attacks on civilian targets. Iran´s economy is the same size it was in 2010 cos of sanctions, they can't build out production at scale & there's lots of tools/machinery they just can't get hold of, rather crucial in scaling-up. They're also in a region with plenty of hostile powers who might see an opportunity in an Iran shipping tons of its weapons out the door. As for that large population....it would appear they're not very happy with the regime right now.​

Imagine what will happen when the US stops funding Ukraine. Do you honestly expect Republicans in Congress to fund the Ukrainians after November? That seems highly unlikely.
