Russia is a pathetic, third world wannabe "empire." They have more natural resources than any other country on earth, and yet most of what they produce is shit. Putin doesn't dare launch a nuclear attack on anyone, first because it would quickly result in their annihilation, but also because if they launched three projectiles, at least one would be a dud and one would explode on the launchpad.
