That said.....

Look on the bright side. 42 million Americans require some form of "food assistance" to feed themselves.

So in a very real way, abortion is why we export food instead of import it. It's also why nobody starves to death in this country.

But we do import food, as well as export it. Not that we NEED to do either, but it's 'being a team player' on the world stage.

My guess as to why they're aborting? Because they wouldn't be the center of attention anymore and would have to take care and nurture something other than themselves. Kinda tough to do when their lives have been all about them

Unlike many, I don't have a strong opinion on abortion either way but do think that a more streamlined and efficient adoption system would eliminate the need for many of these abortions. Women in lower income brackets shouldn't have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their children.
