People love the 'free' federal money, and have been brainwashed into believing they have to turn over control to the Feds and/or state governments to take it. Why is it just soooo important to make kids depressed and pissed off at stuff they don't need to be dealing with in schools at 14? What are they going to do about it? Kids will hopefully will read the books that are banned. Bookshops should promote them and give people the choice of whether to read them or not.

Ok, and you as a student were strong enough to deal with it because of your upbringing, but in today's snowflake society can you say that it is the same today ?? First the kids have been primed to reject Christianity because it is being blamed for all the woes in society by the leftist. So once that is completed, then what sort of mentality is left in these new little stalinist brain's being reformed or formed in society ?? Well I think we have our answer's, but what is going to be done about it ???

Decency should be first and foremost in all decisions surrounding any books, films and such that involves our kids when coming up. To think that anything goes or should be allowed today is pathetic, and it should be considered as contributing to the delinquency of a minor in which is against the law if decency is not upheld to a certain degree.

I rejected Christianity as a teenager out of common sense. No one influenced me.

I would ordinarily say an equal mix of the Board of Education, together with input and consent of parents, but educators these days have become so extreme to the left that more influence should be given to parents.

i have no fear of their reactions..it wont be the only book they are given....the 7 yr old has classmates who have two fathers etc and so forth...there is no hiding of reality but waiting till they can understand what they are reading....so far its frozen and paw patrol...i do not understand how reading materials causing one to leave christianity
had nothing to do with my reading had everything to do with the church i attended...walk out at 12 and never looked back...raised a southern baptist...so i accept we are all going to hell...
