How much do they need to raise taxes by to fix this and make sure the illegals get the shot first?

Why do right wingers instead on Big Government nanny-Statism instead free market capitalism like y'all allege in socialism threads? There is no express Immigration clause in our federal Constitution and we should have no illegal problem nor any illegal underclass for right wingers to exploit on a for-profit basis while whining about illegals in political threads.
