So cutting through all the legalese...Slick Willie had his license to practice law suspended for five years for lying to a federal grand jury. Someone's claim that half the men in the country have done this is rather amusing. Sorry kiddies but there is a big difference between lying to your spouse about a sexual infidelity and lying to a federal grand jury.

Agreed that Clinton should NOT have lied to the grand jury......A much better response to the question would have been:
"IT's NONE OF YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS what I, as an adult, do with another consenting adult....."

The above would have garnered CHEERS not only by open-minded Americans, but from the rest of the world (except, maybe the Vatican....although I'm not so sure about them either given the proclivities of priests)

You mean telling the truth? Well heck, Nat...he'd been lying about his affairs for so long why would you expect Slick Willie to be honest at that point? If he'd been straight with the American voters from the start he probably wouldn't have gotten the Democratic nomination in the first place. Face it...the Clinton's don't have a problem with lying to your face if they think it's going to help them politically. They've been doing it for decades and for the most part they've gotten away with it. Martha Stewart did Federal prison time for insider trading...Hillary didn't even get a slap on the wrist when she blatantly used insider information to commodities trade.

As for what Bill Clinton does with another consenting adult? If it's on his time and not at work I would have less of a problem (apart from the sleaziness of hitting on the people who depend on you for their job) then if he's getting head while on the phone with foreign leaders.
