What does Bill Clinton's behaviour with women have to do with Hillary Clinton's ability to run the country? Bill's personal behaviour is odious, but pretty much every President out there had mistresses, or otherwise screwed around. Obama seems to be the exception to the rule, but I have a friend who's met him and she says he's incredibly sexy and charismatic in person, so who knows? My point is that all men are pigs, some are just more open about it. At least he was't drugging and raping the women, Republican lies to the contrary.
I don't care if Bill fucked goats in his off-hours, I care what he did as President. How he conducted business. Trump isn't even a good businessman. He's made his money convincing people he's a good businessman, but when he does build things, they go bankrupt more than anybody else. Not a good sign. He makes grand announcements, the project gets bogged down, and somebody comes in and buys it out. The only thing Trump successfully made money at was being on TV, and getting people to buy things. As a businessman, he's been dishonest, a con man and a fraud. When he does the same thing as a politician, he's applauded and cheered.
Hillary has worked hard all of her life. She's not the candidate I would have picked but she is so much better than anyone else who's running that it's not even close. And she'll do a good job. Her Foundation does a good job too. At least Hillary is prepared to put of lot of her own money where her mouth is.
Liberals don't hate successful people being reaping their financial rewards, or being wealthy. They look at the source of that wealth. Sam Walton built a company through hard work. His heirs, who have never had to work a day in their lives, have increased that wealth off the backs of taxpayers, by expected the hardworking taxpayers of America to contribute $2,500 to provide food, medical insurance and federal income supplements for each of Walmart low wage employees, in order that Sam Walton's heirs can grow ever richer.
Trump sides with the Waltons. He wants to get rid of the minimum wage. So people like Donald Trump (who hires a lot of minimum wage employees in his hotels), can pay as little as they can get people to work for. Trump has already paid fines for paying less than minimum wage for his H1N1 visa workers in Florida.
I don't care if a candidate goes to church on Sunday, screws around on his wife, or marries a silcone babe with plastic boobs from an Eastern European country. I care whether he or she is a capable administrator and a decently honest person who won't screw over the general public too badly. I also care whether he has the attention span of a gnat (as his ghostwriter has gone on record as saying), that he has said he will violate the Constitution and questions people's religious beliefs before allowing them into the country, or allowing those already there, to stay. He has suggested committing war crimes, nuking adversaries, and being the big bad bully country, while being chummy with Russia. Abandoning NATO allies, and the list goes on and on.
Hillary isn't as bad as you think she is, but Donald is so bad that even W, who came really close to destroying the world as we know it, pales in comparison.
