The thing is? It wasn't a belief, it is was a documented fact that Trump probably knew about. . but did nothing about. . .
His DoJ certainly did, they declined to prosecute this type of voting fraud. . . they certainly knew it was possible. And only four or five counties eventually swayed the country for Biden, so it isn't like it is beyond the realm of possibility.
