The constitution says courts are not allowed to write laws. In plyer v doe 1982, the courts wrote a law ordering states to give free k-12 to illegal kids. Courts can't do that.

Go back and argue Marbury v Madison again if you want. It changes nothing. If a student-age child is in the US, he or she will receive an education. Hold your breath and stomp your feet all you want. In many states, such as mine, schools aren't even allowed to inquire into the immigration status of registering students or their families. Deal with it. The pertinent issue is to control our borders in the first place.
