Feminism is about giving women the freedom to choose - the same freedom traditionally granted to men for eons. So...that means if a woman chooses to be a wife and homemaker, that is her free choice and deserves as much respect as that of a woman who chooses to be an engineer. So I don't think it's self-hate.

But some of those groups are very cultish...woman don't have a choice, and they are socially isolated and married off very young.
