Zelensky would be assassinated, if he were not a modestly successful comedian. Trump and Zelensky are quite similar. Both are populist presidents who got elected because of their prior media appearances. Trump dislikes Zelensky after he rejected Trump's request to sell Ukraine's rare earth to the US and he was not invited to the peace summit in Saudi Arabia. Zelensky doesn't want peace to keep himself in power indefinitely.

Trump has hated Zelensky since he refused to connive in the illegal plot against Biden. And of course putin told him as well.
