I indicated that if they're voting on whether or not to DISCONTINUE providing benefits or as the articles states it "modifying the eligibility requirements for undocumented adult immigrants" then it must be true that there are indeed some undocumented adult immigrants who are or have been receiving government benefits.

That's all.

On the state level they cant determine on their own who is legal or not.

She may have initially been in the US illegally with her family but one can assume that since she is a legislator that she gain citizenship later on after entering the US.

Which means they would have to identify and verify a person's status. For some reason, Minnesota doesn't want to ask that question.
