And, Clinton, if elected and it's about a 90% certainty now, will have not only Garland confirmed but also the most pro-Roe Judge she can possibly find, and one who surely wants Citizens United reversed, and possibly would have another go at the individual right to own guns.

Garland in reality wasn't the worst pick. He was right down the middle on business regulation, even could call him right of center.
