Minnesota Fallout

That’s not a good thing to hear. The libs will take it as a victory, and claim that their standing up to the ā€œGestapoā€ worked.

I think they should remain, especially after that church storming,
I agree that the church protesters need to be prosecuted, but ICE may be seeing the "Law of diminishing returns", meaning that the easy targets, the "low hanging fruit" illegals were arrested, and most encounters now are US citizens, so move on to the mother lode of illegals, CA.

Yeah, I see what you're saying there. I can get on board with that. šŸ‘

I agree. I think they should double down. Few states have more illegal aliens than Minnesota, which is like one giant Fraud Center.
Exactly. With the Somali fraud, they need to ferret out all illegals. It’s great that got 10,000 of the violent scumbags, but they shouldn’t stop there.

True, that makes sense.

Heading to Maine also. Operation Catch of the Day.

Arrested: Worst of the Worst

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is highlighting the worst of worst criminal aliens arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Under Secretary Noem's leadership, the hardworking men and women of DHS and ICE are fulfilling President Trump's promise and carrying out mass deportations - starting with the worst of the worst - including the illegal aliens you see here.

No one cares about a protest in a church. No one.

Federal appellate court pauses protester protections against ICE retaliation

21 Jan 2026 ~~ By Alyssa Chen

The U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily blocked an injunction Wednesday that prevented federal immigration officers from retaliating against demonstrators.
A Friday ruling by U.S. District Judge Kate Menendez had prevented the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement from detaining or tear gassing people who are engaging in peaceful and unobstructive protest, including observing Operation Metro Surge, which is the feds’ name for the incursion of over 3,000 immigration officers and agents in the Twin Cities.
The Wednesday decision granted Homeland Security its request for an administrative stay of Friday’s preliminary injunction. Ten of the 11 judges in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, which granted the stay, were appointed by Republican presidents, including four judges appointed by President Donald Trump.

The Trump administration argued in a motion filed on Tuesday that the lawsuit is based on five incidents in December that plaintiffs can ā€œonly speculate may recur,ā€ and that plaintiffs can’t establish constitutional violations. Homeland Security said that the district court’s finding of a pattern of misconduct by ICE agents was ā€œoverblown.ā€

Commentary:
Hmm....., ā€œThe Minnesota Reformer.ā€ Now, if I took a wild guess, I’d say this is the name of a DSA Marxist Leftist rag.
U.S. District Judge Kate Menendez appointed by Biden. The author forgot to mention it...
Law enforcement has no reason to deploy tear gas on a ā€œpeaceful protesterā€ in the first place.
ā€œThe right of the people peaceably to assembleā€... Not protest violently and destroy things or attack lawful agents of the Federal Gov'tā€
The question is moot.
